Elderberries are rich in antioxidants and help so much in preventing sicknesses. This tincture is very potent and only a few drops daily during cold and flu season will help fight off anything that comes your way! If you don’t start taking as a preventative if will surely help in lessening the severity and length of your sickness when you’ve already noticed symptoms.

I don’t recommend this for children as the elderberries have been steeped for a long amount of time in high proof alcohol to extract the healing properties. Our elderberry syrup is better for the kiddos!
