A little reminder that my free Yoga for the Season class is tomorrow, Monday 6/8, at 5:30 PM at Heermance Memorial Library.
As the seasons shift, it can be helpful to pause, take a breath, and reconnect with ourselves. This 30-minute practice will include gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation—accessible to all levels and designed to help you slow down and settle in.
