We’re excited to share that Ovation is expanding our daytime, center-based ABA program for children ages 2-6 to a second location in Watchung!

As a BCBA-owned practice, we know this field inside and out. Every decision - whether it’s a day-to-day choice or a big move like this one - is made with intention, to protect and elevate the clinical experience - and hold the line on what quality ABA should look like.

Early in my BCBA career, I was in a role that had evolved and become increasingly overwhelming. I had always been the type to want to handle things on my own, so I was proud of myself when I realized I needed to ask for help.

I approached my supervisor: "Can you help me figure out what to prioritize?"

"All of it." 💥

I handed in my resignation a week later. Not because I didn't care, but because I cared enough to know I couldn't stay and be the clinician my clients and team deserved.

Funny thing is, that supervisor gave me more in that moment than they intended to. That dismissiveness guides exactly how we show up for our team at Ovation today.

We don't expect you to "do it all."

Bring us the messy situations, the hard conversations, and the "I don't know what I'm doing" moments. We'll figure it out together. That's the job.
