Pain is rarely random.
It usually starts with a movement pattern, imbalance, or compensation your body has developed over time.

That’s why every session starts with a thorough assessment.
We look at how you move, identify what’s being missed, and create a treatment plan built specifically for you.

Calf raises are one of the easiest ways to build strength and improve how your lower leg handles impact during walking, running, and sports. Stronger calves = better support for the muscles and tissues around your shins.

Small movement. Big difference. 💪

AI can give advice.
A physical therapist can actually assess, treat, and guide your recovery.

ChatGPT is a great tool for education and general wellness tips but it can’t replace hands-on care, movement assessment, or a personalized treatment plan. Movement is medicine 🤝

It’s finally nice out… and everyone’s back to running 👟☀️

Shin splints happen when your lower leg muscles get overloaded from doing too much, too soon.

👉 Too much, too fast = shin splints

If you’re getting back into it this season:
Build gradually. Your body needs time to adapt.

Movement is medicine.

Shin Splint Series
Spring = running season… and shin splints 😩
Add wall sit toe lifts to strengthen the front of your lower leg and reduce stress on your shins.
Simple & effective ☑️

Running season is back… don’t let shin splints slow you down 👟

This one’s all about strengthening your ankle 👇
This movement, ankle eversion, hits the muscles on the outside of your lower leg that help keep your ankle stable and take pressure off your shins.

Stronger ankles = less strain when you run

Add this in before or after your runs to stay ahead of shin pain and keep moving

POV: your dog gets you outside after a long winter 🐾☀️
Movement is medicine and sometimes it starts with a simple walk
Less stiffness. More energy. Better mood.
Find your reason… even if it has four legs

Spring break = more movement than your body is used to 🌴

We see it every year…
You go from your normal routine → walking more, playing more, traveling more

And suddenly:
👉 ankle tweak on the beach
👉 neck pain from travel days
👉 back flaring up after luggage + long sitting

It’s not bad luck — it’s just doing more than your body is prepared for

A few simple ways to prevent it:
• Wear supportive shoes (even on vacation 👀)
• Don’t go from 0 → 100 with activities
• Take breaks from sitting + looking down at your phone
• Be mindful lifting luggage (it adds up fast)
• Do a quick warm-up before jumping into games or workouts

Your body doesn’t care that you’re on vacation — load is still load

The good news? Most of this is preventable with a little awareness

And if something does flare up… we’ve got you 🤝
