I was having a good deal of post-op pain and was unable to work very well on myself due, I think, to the fact that I was on many meds. We arranged a time when he would do the session and I rested in awareness for the next hour or so. After about 15 minutes I began to perceive a kind of fizzy, effervescent sensation, first in my whole body and then becoming quite localized in the area of most pain. It continued for quite a while. As it began to disappear, it was replaced by a deep relaxation throughout my entire being. That night I had the best sleep I had experienced since before the surgery. How does VortexHealing® work?
