Ohhhh my my heart is so full!! ❤️ What a magical season of yoga we had overlooking the bay! ✨✨✨Thank you for the precious moments we shared together, and your sweet thoughtful gifts 🥰 (That regatta that sailed past us tonight! The moon rise at the end of class! And so many more) The Dolly Parton playlist is posted in comments (sorry it didn’t fully play in class - what a weird glitch!) and the reading is posted there too. Interestingly, after class I saw “geese cross the purpling sky” almost like they knew we honored the turning of the seasons in class tonight, with our “wild things” 😘 I will post any winter pop up sessions here - be on the lookout!
