Just had a microneedling treatment at Cardi Aesthetics & Wellness? Giving your skin a little extra TLC helps you get the best results while it heals.

Here are a few important aftercare tips:

• Avoid acids for 7 days – Skip products with AHAs, BHAs, Retinol (Vitamin A), and Vitamin C to prevent irritation.
• Limit water exposure – Avoid swimming for at least 24 hours after your treatment.
• Take it easy – Avoid heavy workouts and sweating for the first 24 hours.
• Use sunscreen properly – Protect your skin and follow the post-treatment instructions we provide.

It’s normal for your skin to appear pink for 24–72 hours, depending on your skin type. This is part of the natural healing process as your skin renews itself.
