This is such a perfect example of what “natural bridal makeup” can be. 🤍

It was so important to Jenna that she still looked and felt like herself on her wedding day. She doesn’t wear much makeup day-to-day, and she knew exactly what she didn’t want! No false lashes (just some curled lashes & mascara), nothing added to her brows, just a soft wash of color on the eyes and beautifully enhanced skin.

So that’s exactly what we did. ✨

She came to my chair with a few extra nerves that morning… not only was she officiating the wedding, but she was also a little nervous about having her makeup done. 🥹🤍

And THIS is why I wish I could capture every single first look in the mirror! The second she saw herself, she absolutely loved it and so did I. 😭

We kept everything soft, polished and still her, with the prettiest pink tones to make those gorgeous green eyes POP. ✨🌸

Most of the women who sit in my chair aren’t used to wearing a lot of makeup and that’s okay! My goal is never to make you feel like a different person. It’s to listen to what you’re comfortable with, enhance what’s already there, and make sure you still feel like YOU when you look in the mirror.

WEDDING DAY ➡️ Trial

Same bride. Same vision. Different season. ✨

Her trial was back in the early spring, and by her summer wedding day, we really didn’t need to change much at all! We stayed true to the soft, natural, elevated look we created at her trial, just adjusted some colors & brought it to life on her actual wedding day. 🥹

One of my favorite things about seeing trial vs. wedding-day photos side by side is how much the whole picture changes. A little more summer color in the skin, wedding-day hair, the excitement, the smile… it all comes together. 😍

A trial isn’t always about figuring out what needs to be changed. Sometimes it’s simply about confirming, “Yep. This is exactly how I want to feel on my wedding day.” 🤍

And then we recreate that feeling when it matters most. ✨
