Mother’s Day is coming up, and I keep thinking about how much mothers hold that rarely gets witnessed.

Not just the doing—but the constant holding. The emotional tracking. The way your body learns to stay “on” even when you’re exhausted.

For this week, my 60-minute massages stay at my regular $90, but I’m including a Mother’s Day Grounding Ritual with each session—hot towels, aromatherapy, and a slower, more intentional start and finish so your body has time to actually land and be cared for.

No rush. No fixing. Just space to soften for a while.

I want to start with a sincere apology for my lack of presence on here lately.

Life has been… a lot. Between navigating day-to-day responsibilities, family life, the loss of a family member, and just being a human trying to find my footing again, I had to step back and focus on what truly mattered. It hasn’t been easy, but it has been clarifying.

In that space, I’ve also been deeply reevaluating my work—what I offer, how I show up, and how I can serve in a way that feels more aligned and intentional.

With that, I’m officially introducing a shift in my practice:

✨ Humming Hands Reset

This is a more intentional, body-led approach to healing. Slower, deeper, and focused on real, lasting change—not just temporary relief. My work is evolving into something that blends techniques like compression, myofascial release, and nervous system regulation in a way that allows your body to truly reset.

Because of this shift, I’ve simplified my services:
- A basic 60-minute Swedish session (with a few targeted areas)
- Humming Hands Reset offered in 75, 90, and 120-minute sessions
- Add-ons are now limited to cupping or scraping

Everything has been cleared and updated on my booking site including availability (Saturdays are by appointment, I’ll drop the link below).

If you have any remaining sessions from a package or a gift card, please reach out to me personally so I can make sure we get you scheduled and taken care of.
