Getting creative with vivid colors! Recently we gave our Allegany College of Maryland Cosmetology Students creative freedom with color and they did not disappoint!

These ladies are surpassing expectations every day! They'll have a solid foundation of Cosmetology skills in their Technique Toolbox when they graduate next year!

Last week we played Formulation Poker with the students to get their Formulation brains up and running!

They did really well figuring out the challenges that were given to them and using the tools they have to develop a plan that is best!

Today is the first day they'll be doing color on actual people! I'm so excited to see these girls continue to grow!!
