Finalized pics. I brought the bottom closer to the symbol since this is going to be a back of the neck piece and it was a bit too wide so I narrowed it some.
Obviously I didn't want to do too much to it because of what it symbolizes and its gorgeous on it's own. ...aaaaaannd, since I know this person and know where she gets her ink done - when she gets her tattoo I will have those pics to post - even if I have to tackle her in order to obtain them 😈

I was asked to personalize a symbol for someone very close to me. At first glance, I didn't know what it stood for but the design came quickly. Gut instinct? Lol
The first image is the original symbol untouched. The following pictures are the design applied with the finalized pics coming soon.
I've found that the more "simple" something seems the more challenging it can be to stay within the same design flow.

My kids like watching YouTube, mostly people playing with toys 😕. I saw these little toys on one channel, can't recall which, and I thought they were so ugly they were cute.
As I was finishing this little beagle it reminded me of a dog I had rescued named Carmel. She had been abused and abandoned and was just too sweet. So I kept this beagle sweeter looking than the toys simply because of my dog lol

My photos lately are pretty dark and I hate having to adjust the lighting digitally, so I hope everyone will forgive me for having to do so. It's been none stop rain here and as hard as I try to get enough lighting before I take the shot - it just doesn't work :(

If you all will excuse the music in the background lol, I am working on a memorial piece with a gambling motif.
I'm doing things a little different and using tracing paper so I can edit items if needed. Hopefully this turns out like I envision and the customer likes it (that's always the scary part!)
I also hope the little ones calm down so I can be more productive!! Ugh!
