KidStrong Crestview Hills KidStrong Crestview Hills provides science-based training to build strong and confident kids. We also host epic birthday parties and camps in Crestview Hills.

KidStrong Crestview Hills is a science-based training program that builds strong, confident and high-character kids, from crawling through age 11. Baby, toddler, preschool and school-age sessions are led by highly-trained coaches who take kids through age-appropriate challenges and competitions in weekly 45-minute classes. Kids run ninja courses, climb ropes, flip tires, sprint and build the foundation to excel at any sport, while practicing public speaking, teamwork, grit and problem solving to excel at life. Kids rank up and earn extra in-class responsibilities like Class Captain. 96% of parents say KidStrong is why their kids are more confident.

🎃 KIDSTRONG HALLOWEEN WEEK IS ALMOST HERE! 🎃

Starting NEXT SATURDAY, October 24th through October 31st, we invite all our KidStrong kiddos to wear their favorite Halloween costumes to class!

Our coaches will be joining in on the fun and dressing up too! We also encourage all our grown-ups to get into the Halloween spirit and dress up with us! 🦸‍♂️

✨ A little reminder: We kindly ask that you avoid costumes with glitter to help keep our blue floor clean! Please also make sure costumes are comfortable and allow your kiddos to move freely so they can safely participate in all our fun KidStrong activities! 💪

We can't wait to see everyone's SPOOKTACULAR costumes! 👻

The BOSU ball isn’t just a balance tool. 🧠 It’s a neuromuscular trainer. Every wobble forces your child’s brain and muscles to communicate at lightning speed which builds the neural pathways behind reaction time, coordination and agility. We don’t do random. Every tool in KidStrong has a reason. ⚡
