It’s national donut day!!
We believe healthy nutrition comes from balance, not strict rules. Contrary to societal messages, donuts can absolutely be part of a healthy diet.
Our hope is that someday, every single one of our clients would feel safe enough to enjoy this type of donut shenanigans. If you’re not there yet, keep going. You can find food freedom.
