Louisville Location: NEW hours

Hi Salty family 🧂

We’re adjusting our Louisville hours, and wanted to be upfront about why. We’ve been watching our booking patterns, and some days just aren’t seeing the traffic they used to — so we’re realigning our schedule to match how our community actually shows up. It helps keep the cave running strong.

Here’s what’s changing:
Monday & Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday: 3p-7p
Thursday & Friday: 10a-7p
Saturday: 10a-4p
Sunday: 12p-4p

The good news: Wednesday evenings are extending for our weekly Yin Yoga in the Cave 🧘‍♀️🕯️ — restorative movement paired with salt air and negative ions. Spots are limited, so grab yours via the link in our bio.

📣Thanks to increasing demand, we are now looking for one more massage therapist!

We are ideally looking for someone to cover folks on their way home from work in the evenings as well as cover some weekend shifts. We have quite a few clients requesting appointments during those times.

Our current therapists have routinely stayed booked and we have demand for additional hours.

Introducing To-Go Halotherapy in a cup 🧂🌈

Because if it were just about sitting in a room of salt—or next to a salt lamp—this would totally work… right?
Wrong.

Real halotherapy is a bit more intentional. It uses a halogenerator to disperse a fine, dry, pharmaceutical-grade salt aerosol into the air—so you can actually breathe it in and experience the benefits.

So while this might look convenient… it’s not quite the same 😉
