Turns out, chores are basically a secret superpower. 🧹🍴 Studies show that kids who do chores regularly exhibit better academic performance and stronger problem-solving skills later in life and it makes sense.

Whether they're matching socks and helping with the laundry, loading the dishwasher or bringing in the groceries, every task is teaching them responsibility, follow-through and how to figure things out on their own. And we practice all of these at KidStrong class. 💡

The summer learning slump—when kids lose key skills they worked hard to develop during the school year—is real. But the good news is that it can be avoided through structured days at KidStrong!
Through science-based programming, KidStrong Summer Camp helps kids maintain the skills they already have, and further develop others in areas like:

Did you know? The broad jump isn’t just a playground flex, it’s a full-body brain workout!

When kids practice broad jumps, they’re simultaneously developing bilateral coordination (using both sides of the body together), explosive power and spatial awareness. All of that requires the left and right hemispheres of the brain to communicate rapidly which literally strengthens neural pathways.
