FIT AND FABULOUS WELLNESS PROGRAM
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Fit and Fabulous Wellness Program is a structured wellness and fall-prevention program for women designed to improve strength, balance, confidence, and overall health through chair yoga movement, education, and behavior-change strategies.
Each class follows a consistent 60-minute schedule:
• Chair Yoga or Chair Tai Chi Movement: 45 minutes
• Step Up Scale Down: 10 minutes
• Fall Prevention Education: 5 minutes
• Body composition assessments occur once a month (optional)
