You can understand why you feel unsafe.

You can identify the pattern, name the trigger, and explain exactly where it began.

But understanding something intellectually does not always change what your body expects.

Your nervous system learns through experience.

It learns when you move toward your body—and nothing terrible happens.
It learns when you stop before you become overwhelmed.
It learns when you allow something to be imperfect without punishing yourself.
It learns when movement does not become another demand—and rest is not something you have to earn.

Every time you listen, respond, and return safely to rest, you give your body a new experience:

I can be present with myself without abandoning, overwhelming, or forcing myself.

Safety is not always one enormous breakthrough.

Sometimes it is built through small, repeated moments of staying with yourself.

What is one gentle experience of safety you can give your body today?

You don't need another list of things you should be doing.

Another class.
Another routine.
Another obligation disguised as self-care.

Maybe what you're longing for isn't more activity.

Maybe you're longing for experiences that return you to your body. Moments that awaken your curiosity, soften your nervous system, make you laugh, or remind you that you are part of something larger than yourself.

But connection is not healing when maintaining it requires you to perform, overextend, silence your needs, or abandon yourself.

The question isn't only:
What makes me feel alive?

It is also:
Can I remain connected to myself while I experience it?

What kind of connection brings you back to life—connection with nature, creativity, God, your body, another person, or something else entirely?

Share it in the comments! I'd love to know.

These books were never meant to give you another list of things to do.

They were created to help you experience yourself differently.

To notice what your body has been trying to tell you.

To recognize the rhythms beneath your emotions.

To reconnect with the parts of yourself you learned to silence, abandon, or hide.

Wild Moon Healing guides you inward—toward the truth, wisdom, and wholeness already within you.

Wild Moon Healing Revolution expands that journey—helping you connect with the healing energy within and around you and remember that you are part of something much larger.

You don't become whole because you read the right words.
You become aware of the wholeness that was there all along.

You don't become the healer.
You remember that you are one.

These aren't simply books you read.
They are paths you walk.

🌙 Both books are available now on Amazon, or learn more at WildMoonHealers.com.

You don't need to see the entire path before you begin.
You don't need every answer.
You don't need certainty.
You don't even need to feel completely ready.

Sometimes the path only becomes visible after you take the next step.

Not the perfect step.
Not the most impressive step.
The next honest step.

Send the message.
Ask for support.
Honor the boundary.
Tell yourself the truth.
Rest.
Begin again.

What is one honest step you can take today—even if you don't know where the entire path is leading?

There have been a lot of times in my life when I’ve felt lost.

In grief.
In survival.
In relationships.
In expectations.
In trying to become who I thought I was supposed to be.

For a long time, I believed healing meant I would eventually reach some version of myself that would never get lost again.

I don't believe that anymore.

Life is going to change. I'm going to change. There will probably be other seasons when the path disappears, when what used to make sense no longer does, or when I look around and realize I'm not quite sure where I am.

But I trust myself differently now.

I trust myself to recognize when something doesn't feel right.
I trust myself to listen when my body asks me to slow down.
I trust myself to notice when I've wandered too far from who I am.
And I trust myself to find my way back.

That might be one of the biggest things healing has given me.

Not the promise that I'll never get lost again.

The knowing that I won't abandon myself when I do.

I know how to find my way back. 🌙

Trust isn't believing everything will happen exactly as you planned.

Trust is knowing you won't abandon yourself when it doesn't.

Trust says:
Even if this is difficult, I will listen to myself.
Even if someone is disappointed, I will not abandon myself.
Even if the outcome is different from what I imagined, I will respond to what is real.
Even if I cannot see the entire path, I can take the next honest step.

The Pisces Full Moon invites you to trust what's being revealed—not because you have every answer, but because your body, emotions, and lived experience have already been showing you what is true.

Which promise do you need to make to yourself today?

At some point, surviving became living.

And somewhere along the way, I stopped wanting my life to be something I was constantly having to deal with.
_________

I've spent a lot of my life dealing with things.

Dealing with grief.
Dealing with pain.
Dealing with my body.
Dealing with my past.
Dealing with whatever needed to be handled next.

And I've done a hell of a lot of healing along the way.

But lately I've been asking myself:
When did dealing with it become enough?

I don't want to spend the rest of my life managing my days.
I don't want healing to become another endless project.
I don't want to spend the rest of my life trying to fix myself.

I want to live.

I want to try things I've never done.
I want to laugh until my stomach hurts.
I want to be outside.
I want to make memories.
I want to be surprised.
I want to feel connected.
I want to experience my own damn life.

Healing matters.

The whole point of healing was never to spend forever healing.
It was to finally feel safe and free enough to live.

And I think I'm there.
I'm ready for more living. 🌿🌙

We often believe we'll trust ourselves once we're no longer afraid.

But fear doesn't always mean you're making the wrong choice. Fear may mean the choice is unfamiliar. It may mean you're stepping outside a role that once kept you safe. It may mean you can no longer predict how someone else will respond.

Trust is not the absence of fear.

It's knowing you will remain with yourself while you move through it.

You can feel afraid and still honor your boundary.
You can feel uncertain and still listen to yourself.
You can feel unprepared and still take the next honest step.

What would become possible if you stopped waiting for fear to disappear?

Feeling lost doesn’t always mean you’re on the wrong path.

Sometimes it simply means you can’t see the whole way forward yet.

You don’t need the entire map.
You only need enough trust to take the next honest step.

You are here. And here is where you begin. 🌿

You cannot heal what you are unwilling to feel.

That doesn't mean you have to become consumed by your emotions.

It means allowing yourself to acknowledge what is already there.

The disappointment.
The anger.
The grief.
The fear.
The truth you keep trying to explain away.

Your emotions aren't proof that something is wrong with you. They carry information about what you've experienced, what you need, and what may no longer be working.

You don't have to solve everything you feel.

Start by letting yourself feel it without judgment.

What emotion have you been trying not to feel?
