A change starting in September is that there will be no Flow & Stretch yoga on the 4th Thursday, AND Restorative Yoga will be moved to 6:00PM. I know this messes up that awesome bedtime transition we've all come to love, but I hope to still see you there. 💛✨🙏

When I began this restorative yoga series on the chakras, I had no idea the heart chakra would become as special as it has. A couple months ago my sister Katy attended a retreat led by Kimberly Snyder, author of many books including, The Hidden Power of the Five Hearts. Katy told me I HAD TO read the book and try the meditation so of course, that’s what I did. To say I have learned from this book is an understatement because what I’ve actually done is begin to TRULY HEAL and reprogram my being, uncovering parts of myself I never knew belonged to me. I hope to share at least a small part of what I’ve found at restorative yoga on Thursday.
