Incoming feel good moment!

You may remember we host a free group for expecting and postpartum mothers with Crow Wing County Public Health where moms come together, bring their littles under 24 months old and we workout together while kids play.

Last Thursday we had a special guest who surprised our Mama’s Strength Connection group with free massages! What a gift she gave to our little mother community we have going on. It was incredible.

Thank you Maggie for being so generous and bringing your talents to our group. 🫶🏼

Coming in hot with another Service Highlight at Real Life Wellness Studio!

Strength classes are in the wheelhouse of our current owner Bailey. Throughout the last year she has spent time building a team around her to compliment and bring variety to our strength offerings. Buckle up because this is only the beginning.

Speaking of our owner, she has a pretty bold goal to break a studio record of hosting over 400 students this month. We have a week and a half left and it is within reach but we need your help!

We continue our service feature with our other original pillar of service: MASSAGE.

Real Life Studio has welcomed two massage therapists to the team since early 2025 to bring our total to three.

Our massage therapists have a variety of backgrounds and experience, not to mention amazing schedules! These ladies go above and beyond for their clients and we hope you get to experience that.
