Soaked cashews blended with nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, and almond milk until completely smooth and creamy. Fold in thawed frozen spinach and green onion, chill for an hour, and you have a dip that tastes cheesy and rich at 58 calories a quarter cup.
