High Protein Muffins that taste like dessert for breakfast 🍌🍫
And with a scoop of Juice Plus+ Vanilla Complete gets you an added 14g of protein and 7g of fiber. Suddenly breakfast is doing a lot more work than it looks like.
Ingredients
1 large ripe banana
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter (no added sugar)
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 egg or 1 Flaxseed egg (1 tbsp ground flaxseed + 3 tbsp water, rested 5 mins)
1/2 cup dairy-free yogurt
1 serving Juice Plus+ Complete Vanilla Shake Powder
1/2 cup gluten-free flour
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mash banana and whisk in peanut butter, coconut oil, and egg until smooth. Stir in dairy free yogurt. Fold in flour and Juice Plus+ Vanilla Complete. Stir in chocolate chips. Divide evenly among 6 lined muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool slightly before serving.
