June is Migraine and Headache Awareness Month.

💜 Did you know that there are over 100 different types of headaches?
💜 Arguably, Migraine is more than just a headache (we will discuss more in upcoming posts) but is still classified as a primary headache disorder
💜 Treating the underlying cause of a secondary headache will relieve the headache symptoms
💜 Primary headaches are not directly caused by other dysfunction in the body
💜 People can be experience more than one type of headache
