Just thought I'd share some recent feedback from my LIGHTS - Live, Intensive Group Healing & Transformational Sessions - it's a privilege and joy to be able to bring these sessions through for the people who need the energetic help...

Just a quick note to update you about the LIGHTS session yesterday.
Once again, it seemed to be directed specifically to me. I wanted to solidify that this hernia surgery would be the final fix and be even easier than the first one.
So, that has to do with no longer swallowing my true beliefs. And then, bam! Illusion came up and hit me right between the eyes. It's my illusion that people won't accept what I have to say. But I can't possibly know that because I haven't tried. I made up the illusion that I would be rejected.
It feels like a weight is gone. Like a whole factory reset. A whole new way of walking through the world. I envision the Pleadian cone of healing with the golden light of Source embedded in it just shining down on me.
Thank you, Cathy! This surgery, Monday at 10 am, will be a piece of cake. (I'll get to actually eat cake later in August!)

This, from a client I saw last week...

"Wow, I can't express to you enough just how wonderful I feel! I didn't realize how much weight I was carrying until I let it ALL go. I truly have let go of the guilt and worry.

I think letting go of the anger I've had for my sisters has helped me in so many ways, so thank you for giving me a new perspective on that situation.

Also, I feel like once we've moved in with my parents, I will be able to handle things much better with not so much pressure and sense of responsibility...that I don't have to give my life up and things will be what they will be and be ok with that.

I haven't felt my [deceased brother] lately, so I'm praying that he has moved on and is having a new, beautiful experience.

I've noticed that my eyes are clearer...I don't know if that's weird or not, but they have been blood shot and watery for so long, but now they look normal and healthy.

Yesterday on my way home from work, I was imagining you tapping into my energy and I was saying "Cathy, can you see how free I am and how light I feel?!"

Thank you so much for all you do, not just for me, but ---- too, I have a feeling you've helped [him/her] work out some big kinks in [his/her life], and I'm grateful to you for that.

And I feel like even a lot of the work we did in previously is somehow still working in me. I can't explain it, but the way I show up in different situations is just incredibly different from how I used to, and it's just amazing. I'm so amazed at what this can do...

"Hi Cathy . . . One year ago this week was a pivotal point in my marriage. [My husband] who had “been working on his drinking” came home completely blacked out from a golf tournament. It was scary and terrible. It was a breaking point for me, and I had my bags packed. This week he played in the same tournament and it was his birthday, and he came home completely himself even despite their attempts to help him celebrate with lots of alcohol. . . . My mom has started hanging out with people at work - I feel less pressure already . . . "During this past week I have been aware of so many good changes happening, ongoing, with both my physical symptoms in my feet, and even more, changes in how I feel, living my life. The numbness in my feet seems to be subtly changing, as it feels similar to having very, very cold feet after being out in the snow, and coming inside to warm up: The numbness is still there, but it is gradually, subtly, "breaking up". There is less stiffness happening.
What I have noticed in how I am facing the ongoing issues within family relationships is that I feel stronger. Without having to think about what I am going to say or do, I feel automatically stronger about maintaining my boundaries. . . . I’m also noticing quickly when an intrusive thought comes in and I’m actually using the visual you gave me of choosing the reality that I actually want. I’m finding a deeper knowing of myself as a creator because of this experience. And that goes for everything including my life with [my partner]. I’m allowing myself to feel more into what safety feels like in my body and how I actually get to choose that too. Oh and I’m feeling very creative with a lot of different inspiration for paintings. My biggest insight with art right now is all around trusting my visions and allowing myself to be led by my authentic style and eye. I feel less of an impulse to compare my work to others.
