An absolute lifesaver for chronic pain and brain injury recovery!

After suffering a frontal lobe brain injury, whiplash, and debilitating migraines over a year ago, my days have been consumed by constant pain and cognitive fatigue.

Finding vibroacoustic therapy here has been a massive help.
While it doesn't totally cure or eliminate the pain, it beautifully takes the edge off and gives my mind and body the time they need to reset. It is the only thing that truly soothes the constant "flight or flight" feelings I live with daily by calming my nervous system. Plus, I always get a much better night’s sleep after a session.

I need repeat treatments to maintain these results, but I genuinely look forward to every appointment. Thank you so much, Marika, for making this healing health and wellness technology available to our community at HALO!

🌊 What does REST look like to you?

💜🧡 A Little Heart to Carry With You 💛🤍

I recently came across “The Heart Rock Guy” online who creates these beautiful little stone hearts, and I immediately knew I wanted to bring them to Halo.

Sometimes we all need a gentle reminder we can hold onto.

When life feels stressful, heavy or overwhelming, reach into your pocket, hold your little heart, take a few slow, deep breaths and give yourself permission to take a moment.

Because that’s really what Halo is about. Our mission has always been simple: to help you feel better.

These little hearts will be available at Halo when you come in for a session. Choose the one that speaks to you and take it with you, keep it in your pocket, as a reminder to slow down and breathe — or choose one to give to someone you think might need that reminder even more.

A little heart. A little pause. A reminder that taking care of yourself matters. ❤️ I now have one for myself too, a reminder that my dad is always with me, everytime I find a heart in nature it is a sign from above - pictures here.
