This session will explore how hospital indemnity, accident, cancer, critical illness, surgical, ambulance, and other supplemental policies may provide cash benefits directly to patients following qualifying medical events.

Attendees will learn how to identify possible indemnity coverage, ask better intake questions, connect medical events to potential benefits, gather supporting documentation, and build a repeatable workflow for moving claims forward.

🤝 The session will also address important advocacy boundaries—helping patients navigate these benefits without selling insurance, guaranteeing payment, or providing legal or financial advice.

Sometimes meaningful financial support is already there. The key is knowing where to look, what to ask, and how to help patients pursue it.
