🥜🍜 COLD PEANUT NOODLES 🍜🥜
Better than takeout… and about HALF the calories! 🤯🔥

Okay, I might be onto something with this one! 👀

These Cold Peanut Noodles are packed with crunchy veggies, imitation crab, rice noodles, and a creamy, spicy peanut sauce that is seriously ADDICTIVE! 🤤🥜🌶️

I served these to my family and nobody could even tell the difference from takeout! 🙌

🥜 PEANUT SAUCE

🔹 1/3 cup PB2 peanut butter powder
🔹 1/3 cup G Hughes Zero Sugar Thai chili sauce
🔹 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
🔹 Juice of 1 lime
🔹 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
🔹 2 tbsp Sriracha
🔹 1/2 tsp five-spice powder
🔹 1/2 tsp white pepper
🔹 2 tsp sesame oil

🍜 NOODS

🔸 14 oz package 3 Ladies Stick Rice Noodles
🔸 16 oz imitation crab
🔸 8 oz shredded cabbage
🔸 1 cup diced carrots
🔸 1 cup diced cucumber
🔸 1/2 cup sliced scallions
🔸 2 tbsp furikake
🔸 2 tbsp crispy fried garlic

👨‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS

1️⃣ Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add the rice noodles, making sure they’re completely submerged.

2️⃣ Cover with a lid and let them soak for 12–15 minutes, until tender but still firm. Don’t let them get mushy!

3️⃣ Drain and rinse the noodles under cold water for about 1 minute. 🧊

4️⃣ Make the peanut sauce by whisking all the sauce ingredients together until smooth. If it’s too thick, add a little more Thai chili sauce. Too thin? Add a little more PB2. 🥜

5️⃣ Slice your veggies and add them to a large mixing bowl along with the chopped imitation crab and chilled rice noodles.

6️⃣ Sprinkle in the furikake and give everything a good toss. 🌱🥕🥒

7️⃣ Pour the peanut sauce over everything and toss until every noodle and veggie is coated in that delicious sauce! 🤤

8️⃣ Finish with crispy fried garlic + MORE furikake because there’s no such thing as too much crunch! 🔥🧄

🍜🥜 Serve cold and ENJOY!

Would you take these over traditional takeout? 👀👇
YES or NO?!

🎂✨ I HAD to try the Cupa Cupa Cupa Cake for myself!! 😂

I mean… it’s DOLLY! 💕🎶 And honestly, I love Dolly and everything she does feels like a little bit of magic! ✨👑

Buttttt… I’ve gotta be honest with y’all… 😬

This cake wasn’t my favorite. 😅🍰

I think it needed a few more ingredients and maybe a little something extra to really bring it to life. 🤔🔥

BUT—let’s be clear… we still LOVE Dolly! ❤️❤️❤️

Not every recipe can be a home run, but I’ll never turn down an excuse to try something from the Queen herself! 👑🎂

Have YOU tried the Cupa Cupa Cupa Cake yet? 👀👇
Tell me what you thought! ⬇️⬇️⬇️

🔥🥩 Rib Roast Beef Ribs 🥩🔥

I already know this one might stir up some debate… 😂👇

A bone-in rib roast looks AMAZING for presentation, but honestly? I think removing the ribs and cooking them separately gives you a better final product for BOTH the rib roast AND the ribs! 🙌🔥

The roast can cook exactly how you want it, and those ribs get all the smoke, bark, and time they need to become absolutely incredible! 🤤

I’m sure some of y’all are going to disagree… and that’s okay! 😂 But I’m standing by my statement! 💪🥩

Q🔥 Rib Roast Beef Ribs

🛒 Ingredients

🔹 1 rack beef ribs (usually 5–11 bones)
🔹 1 tbsp hot sauce
🔹 1 tbsp Salt, Pepper & Garlic seasoning
🔹 Spray tallow

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Use a knife to score the membrane on the backside of the ribs. There’s no need to remove it like you would with pork ribs.

2️⃣ Brush a light coating of hot sauce on both sides of the ribs. This adds flavor and helps the seasoning stick! 🌶️

3️⃣ Season the ribs fairly aggressively with your favorite Salt, Pepper & Garlic rub. 🧂🧄

4️⃣ Heat your smoker to 325°F using your favorite Bear Mountain blend of wood pellets. Today I’m using the Maple Bourbon Pecan blend! 🔥🌳

5️⃣ Smoke the ribs for 2 hours, spraying them with tallow every 30–45 minutes to keep that meat moist, juicy, and glistening! 🤤

6️⃣ Once you’re happy with that beautiful bark, wrap the ribs with a layer of parchment paper and aluminum foil.

7️⃣ Place them back on the smoker for another 1–2 hours, until they reach around 205°F internal temperature and are completely probe tender. 🌡️

8️⃣ Unwrap the ribs and let them rest for 20–30 minutes before slicing.

🔥🥩 Then it’s time to dig in and enjoy some seriously incredible beef ribs! 🥩🔥
