We will meet in person at 909 Graham St. S.W. in Cullman, right across from Jack’s from 5:30-6:30 p.m.

This is an opportunity to connect with others, build friendships, and get support for whatever is going on in your life. Chances are, someone else is sharing a similar experience, or they have before. We celebrate life’s wins together, and we help each other through the tough times.

This is a peer-based support group. We are not medical practitioners. If you need mental health care, we do have a compassionate and dedicated LPC-S, Sarah Cherry, who is happy to help you on your journey. Additionally, Sarah Cherry has two very compassionate and caring student counselors, who will begin seeing clients under her supervision. Next week, one of those student counselors will be joining our group in person.

Lotus Health Inc. is honored to introduce our new Life Support Circle — a compassionate support group focused on su***de prevention, emotional wellness, peer support, and family support within our community.

This safe and confidential space is designed for individuals and families navigating emotional crisis, grief, self-harm, su***de loss, or simply needing connection and encouragement. Together, we can build hope, healing, and stronger community support.

This group also includes a QPR Gatekeeper informational brief overseen by Cook Ministries — helping educate our community on how to recognize warning signs, start supportive conversations, and connect people to life-saving resources.
