So often we hear ”other offices are closed, have changed their hours,  or when I call, I always have to leave a message”. This can be very frustrating when a patient has a hearing aid that has stopped working or it is a Friday and they have a family celebration happening over the weekend. Or maybe they have lost Bluetooth connection to their phone or tv.

For a lot of our patients, these issues can make for unnecessary stress when most can be solved with a 10 minute office visit or a simple phone call.

We pride ourselves on being available to our patients Mon-Thurs 8:30-4, not only by appointment but walkins are always welcome! Although on Friday, we are open 9 to 12 by appointment only, we do return phone calls, and wel will see patients if necessary.
Freda has also been known to go in on a Saturday or Sunday if needed. Being reachable is just the way we do our job 🩷

We are here for our patients and want them to have the best possible hearing healthcare journey!

As humbled as I am to have been voted Best Hearing Aid Specialist, I don’t need the banners or the signs as constant reminders as my patients are my reminders everyday of how much I love my job 🩷
However I did like having my new sign out by the entrance to the shopping center …………
So to the person(s) who thought it was ok to take it, I hope it made you happy and that you really needed it!!
I will keep helping folks hear better everyday, with or without that sigh. As a matter of fact, I will work that much harder at being an even better hearing aid specialist for my awesome patients 🩷
