Hi! I am Bre. I’ve been talking to Spirit since I was a kid and professionally delivering messages since 2013. Somewhere along the way, I added Reiki Master, Theta Healing, award-winning psychic, and mom of FIVE to the résumé. 😂

My gifts run deep in my Italian-Greek roots, but what I actually do is pretty simple: help people heal, find clarity, connect with those they love, and hopefully leave feeling a little lighter than when they came.

Time to make your Moon Water!! Check out how... and how drinking Moon Water will help each sign!!

Making moon water is simple and highly customizable:

Pick your vessel: Choose a clean glass jar or bottle and fill it with drinkable water (spring is ideal.

Set your intention: Hold the jar and quietly focus your goals (or write your intention on a piece of paper and place the jar on top).

Charge it: Leave the jar outside overnight or on a sunny windowsill where it can absorb the moonlight.

Use it: Bring it inside in the morning. You can drink it, add a few drops to your bath, water your houseplants, or use it to cleanse your space.
