🌻🌻A couple reminders this week. Our annual meeting will be held this Thursday, June 18th at 7 p.m. 👇There is a link below to join by zoom or you are welcome to come in person. If you are interested in being nominated for a board seat, be sure to contact asap.

⬇️I have included the QR code for the survey once again this week. We encourage you to take the time to fill out. It will help the board as they make decisions for the future.

🚚Good news for this week's delivery. Organic celery is finally available. Weather conditions have been an issue for produce. I tried to get organic blueberries again this week, but it looks like they did not make the truck. The organic dark sweet cherries have been nice and more are on the way for Wednesday, along with organic red seedless grapes. New this week will be organic cantaloupe

⭐️We also have organic fancy "small" zucchini arriving Wednesday. I usually hesitate ordering these because we have to purchase 22 lbs. So I hope you are hungry for small zucchini. Organic cauliflower will be back in stock also.

Looks like a great week for fresh fruit and veggies.

🌻🌻🗓🍕We are planning another class in early July by Kelly Thompson-Frater. She will be presenting "Pizza on the grill". Kelly hosted this pizza class a few years ago at her home and it was a hit. This class will be at the co-op with a grill set up outside. Watch in the next few weeks for the day and time.🍕🌻🌻

🌻🌻🐮June is Dairy month and we are running a special on Alden's organic ice cream. We have strawberry, orange creme and vanilla. The sale is on while supply lasts.

🍃We have been enjoying some beautiful local spinach the last few weeks, but the high heat we've had lately has put an end to the spinach as it has bolted for the two local suppliers. Spinach does not like the high temps. As of early this morning, there were still a few bags left. Next week we will have the organic baby spinach back in stock.

❤️Many have their own rhubarb patches, but if you don't, we have some really nice stalks in stock now.🌻🌻

The past few weeks has brought a lot of confusion on navigating a way to get around the bridge closure on Hwy 63 coming from the north end of Cumberland. Many of you have found the best route for your needs but as we get into the busy holiday weekend and upcoming summer traffic and you may not have been to Cumberland yet, we hope this helps as one alternative. There is good signage going north, so hope this helps if you are coming from the north. Main street businesses in Cumberland appreciate your support.
