Overview
The Handyman will be responsible for documenting the scope of work and completed tasks. This role requires customer interaction as needed. Key responsibilities include managing work order flow, ensuring quality deliverables, performing preventative and corrective maintenance, responding to emergencies, and upholding safety standards.
Responsibilities
-Rekeying Locks on Commercial and Residential Buildings.
-Repair and maintain new and existing locks, locking controls and doors as directed.
-Ability to Key Schlage and Kwikset Keyways.
-Builder Key, Master Key, Smart Key
-Programing Digital Locks
-Complete lock take-offs from construction or plans.
-Board up broken Windows and or Doors.
-Occupancy Checks
-Manage and direct Eviction Crews while Rekeying.
-Handyman items such as lighting, fence, deck, window, painting, caulking, etc.
- Always present yourself professionally as a representative of CIS. This includes maintaining a clean vehicle and wearing the appropriate, clean work uniform; etc.
-Punctual arrival at all scheduled jobs
-Strong communication with office personnel
Qualifications
-1+ years of experience in Residential or Commercial Locksmithing
-Self-motivated with excellent customer service skills.
-High School or Higher Education Level
- A valid drivers license

Schedule:
8 hour shift Leaving from your House
Monday - Friday, Weekends are at will and pay more.
On-call and ER shift expected and are compensated for.
Experience:
locksmith: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location:
-Preferred location of applicant would be near the Cu***ng, Ga area.
-Once training is over you will be leaving directly from your house on a daily basis.
-Meeting will be held at our office once a Month in Cu***ng, GA
