Regular sauna use is one of the most underrated tools for cardiovascular resilience.

The data is largely associative, but the signal is consistent: higher sauna frequency is linked to meaningful reductions in all-cause mortality and cardiovascular mortality, especially in those using sauna 4-7 times per week.

Mechanistically, this makes sense.
