🎂 Brody Turns FIVE!

This one can have much more personality:

Someone VERY important around Star Chiropractic is turning the BIG 5 today! 🎉🎂⭐

Happy 5th Birthday to Brody!

If you've been around the office for a while, there's a pretty good chance you've met him. 😂

Brody is fun-loving, full of energy, always keeping us on our toes, and definitely isn't shy about making himself at home when he comes to visit the office!

One of our favorite things has been watching how much our patients have gotten to know and love our boys over the years. Star Chiropractic has always been a family practice in more ways than one, and we love that our kids get to grow up surrounded by so many wonderful people in our community. 💙

Brody, we hope being FIVE brings you plenty of adventures, laughs, dinosaurs, monster trucks, and everything else you love!

🎈 Help us wish Brody a BIG Happy 5th Birthday in the comments! 🎈

Happy Birthday! We love you! 💙

🇺🇸 9/11 — 25th Anniversary

25 years later, we remember. 🇺🇸

Today marks 25 years since September 11, 2001—a day that forever changed our country.

We remember the lives that were lost.
We honor the first responders who ran toward danger when others were running away.
We remember the families whose lives were forever changed.
And we are grateful for the courage, sacrifice, and unity shown in the days that followed.

Today, we pause to remember and honor them.

We will never forget. 🇺🇸

Anyone else feel like September went from 0 to 100? 🙋‍♂️

School. Work. Sports. Practices. Homework. Dinner. Repeat.

It's easy for Mom and Dad to end up at the very bottom of the list.

At Star Chiropractic & Wellness, we take a nervous-system-focused approach to care and help busy parents take care of themselves so they can continue showing up for the people who matter most.

If you've been putting yourself on the back burner, maybe it's time to change that. 💙

Send us a message or give our office a call to learn more.

BACK-TO-SCHOOL PARENTS… let's settle this. 😂

What's currently the biggest struggle in your house?

A) Getting everyone out the door on time ⏰
B) After-school meltdowns 😵‍💫
C) Homework 📚
D) Getting everyone to BED 💤
E) Packing lunches every. single. day. 😂

Drop your letter below 👇

And if you've somehow mastered all five, the rest of us need your secrets. 😂

🍼💙 LET’S FILL THIS BOX FOR LOCAL FAMILIES! 💙🍼

At Star Chiropractic & Wellness, being a Beacon of Hope means more than caring for families inside our office—it means showing up for families throughout our community. ⭐

We’re excited to support the 4th Annual Community Baby Shower, organized by Akron Birth & Postpartum Doulas, by helping collect diapers and wipes for local families in need!

Their community goal is 100 packs of diapers, and we’d LOVE for the Star Chiropractic family to help make it happen! 🙌

👶 What can you donate?
🧷 Diapers — ANY size!
🧼 Baby wipes

Simply bring your donation into Star Chiropractic & Wellness, and we’ll add it to the collection!

Even one pack makes a difference. 💙

These donations will help provide baby essentials and support to families attending the FREE Community Baby Shower on September 21st.

Let’s show them what our community can do when we come together!

⭐ Small donations. BIG impact.
⭐ Let’s give local families a little more HOPE.

Does your child save their BIGGEST emotions for home? 😵‍💫

It can be frustrating—especially when their teacher says they had a GREAT day!

But think about everything their developing nervous system just navigated:

🎒 New routines
📚 Learning
🔊 Noise & stimulation
👫 Social interactions
🪑 Sitting & following directions
⚽ Activities and sports

Then they finally get home to their safe place.

Sometimes the best thing we can give them is a little space to decompress before adding the next demand.

Try a snack, water, movement, outside time, quiet play, or simply 20 minutes to themselves.

Back-to-school transitions can be hard.

Give your kids some grace.

And give yourself some too. 💙

🧠⭐ What are those scans we do at Star Chiropractic?

You may have seen this technology in our office and wondered, “What exactly are you looking at?”

This is our CLA neuroTHERMAL™ scan, and yes—it can be used with kids too! 💙

The scan measures temperature patterns along both sides of the spine. Because the nervous system plays such an important role in how the body functions and adapts, this information gives us another piece of the puzzle when evaluating each patient.

And one of our favorite things about the scan?

It's gentle, non-invasive, and doesn't hurt. 🙌

For our pediatric patients especially, we want their experience in our office to feel comfortable and safe while giving parents meaningful information about what we're evaluating and why.

At Star Chiropractic & Wellness, we don't want to simply ask, “Where does it hurt?”

We want to look at the bigger picture, listen to your family's story, and help you better understand your child's health.

Because sometimes families walk through our doors feeling like they've tried everything.

We want them to know there is HOPE. ⭐💙
