I’ve been in hibernation.
Fragrant melodies distilling in the depths of my womb space for years now.
*
I’ve grown exponentially as a woman, and within my relationship to the aromas and the plants over these past handful of years.
The pandemic (although devastating), was one of the best things that could possibly have happened for my relationship to botanical medicine and yoga and teaching, and my offerings.
*
It brought everything to a complete halt, and a (very) long pause.
I took a step back and was able to assess what resonated, what was in alignment, and pull the weeds out of a garden that was never going to fully flourish with its current environment, or that current version of my self. Not sustainably at least.
*
I pulled back the curtains on so many aspects of westernized yoga, broke free of MLM indoctrination, and developed an even deeper sacred comprehension of the power of aromatherapy, as my studies continued and are forever ongoing, and it has all changed how I offer and share its medicine with the community.
*
I was invited to offer my (updated and evolved program) “Essentially Embodied: A Yoga Teacher Intensive,“ to the 300-hour yoga teacher trainees yoga last week, and it was beautyFull in so many ways.
Thank you for pulling me out of my cave . It was an honor and a blessing. My passion to keep sharing has been reignited.
