📢 Living Free of Harrison County Needs Your Help! 💜

We are looking for a small apartment-sized refrigerator for our office.

If you have one that is in good working condition and would be willing to donate it, we would be incredibly grateful! Please note that we need an apartment-size refrigerator, not a dorm-size model, as we need a little more storage space for our ministry operations.

Your generosity helps us continue serving individuals and families throughout Harrison County with hope, help, and healing.

If you can help, please send us a message or call us.

Thank you for supporting the mission of Living Free of Harrison County! 💜🙏

✨ Today, Danielle and Tunya had the opportunity to visit two incredible recovery partners in Lexington, and we left inspired! ❤️

🏠 First, we toured Tracy’s House, where we saw firsthand their commitment to providing multiple levels of residential recovery support and creating pathways for lasting change.

🍳 We also visited DV8 Kitchen, an organization that is changing lives by creating opportunities for meaningful employment and proving that recovery and purpose go hand in hand.

🤝 These visits remind us that recovery is not accomplished alone—it takes communities, partnerships, and organizations willing to walk alongside individuals every step of the journey.

🌱 At Hope for Recovery Kentucky Ministries, we believe stronger partnerships create stronger recovery communities, and we are grateful for the opportunity to learn, connect, and continue building bridges that bring hope, help, and healing.

🙏 Thank you to everyone who welcomed us today. We look forward to what the future holds as we continue serving together.

❤️ Because when organizations work together, lives are changed.

✨ Together, we are building stronger recovery communities—one partnership at a time.

Today reminded us that hope has many addresses. ❤️
We had the privilege of visiting and touring the incredible work being done at the Lexington Rescue Mission with our gracious host, Executive Director Laura Carr.

From touring their Grace Place, Lexington, and seeing firsthand the women’s sober living program, to hearing the heart behind the mission, one thing became very clear — lives are being transformed every day. What an incredible example of faith in action. It truly felt like a Lexington Dream Center.

Thank you to Laura Carr and the entire team for what you do for the sake of souls, recovery, restoration, and humanity. We are excited about building a strong partnership together.
On our way back to Cynthiana, we also stopped by Amen House and Russ' Kitchen in Georgetown. Wow.🥰☺️

What an amazing ministry meeting people where they are — providing support for hunger, homelessness, crisis situations, and so much more. Their compassion and commitment to serving others are inspiring. We came home very inspired and encouraged.
Today was a reminder that when organizations work together instead of apart, communities become stronger and more lives can be changed.

Hope is happening. Recovery is happening. Lives are changing.
