I will create a holistic healing center where multiple types of practitioners are working together to help people transform their health. It will be beautiful, serene, and welcoming. Remember, you're a Human BEING, not a Human DOING. Many of us have forgotten that in the rush of these modern days.

Spending even 10 minutes a day breathing deeply and consciously calming your mind can do fantastic things for your health!

Remember to take some time to just "BE".

A purpose-driven life is essential for longevity.

What would you want to do if you had enough money that you didn't have to work your current job(s) to "live"? What are the dreams you put aside reluctantly in the interests of "reality"?

Now, imagine yourself already doing exactly that. How would you feel? Take 60 seconds to really FEEL that strongly.

If you do this exercise every night before you fall asleep and every morning just as you wake up, the universe will help you move in that direction to make it your future.

This is called The Law of Attraction.

Sometimes, the universe sends you signs. Be alert, so you can catch them when they appear. This is what I saw when I opened my eye shadow. Do you see the Yin-Yang symbol, too?

In general, the Yin Yang symbol is used to represent the simultaneous unity and duality of nature and everything on earth.

In the symbol, we see a balance between the two opposites, dark and light, with a little of each present in the other.

From a nutrition standpoint, you could interpret this as too much of even a good thing can be bad for you. Do you think the universe is telling me to practice moderation?

It knows about the grain-free cassava pretzels, doesn’t it?!?
