This October, we are so excited to welcome Lucy Sessions to The Art of Feminine for Voice Medicine Level 1.

Lucy’s work invites us into voice not as performance, but as a pathway into expression, embodiment, presence, and truth.

A weekend immersion into voice, breath, body, sound, and the places within us that may have been quiet for far too long.

This is not about being a singer.
It is not about having a “beautiful” voice.

It is an invitation to meet your voice as it is.

Embody Her is an ongoing feminine movement and embodiment practice an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, explore pleasure and discover your unique expression.

No dance or pole experience is needed. Every member begins with Foundational.

She teaches you to understand your body.

For the past year, we’ve offered mobility classes at The Art of Feminine because I deeply believe that how we move matters.

Not just for dancers.

For everyone.

Over the last several years, my curiosity about movement, longevity, mobility, and joint health has continued to grow. Most recently, I became a Functional Range Conditioning® Certified Provider and will continue my education with additional training in the months ahead.

The Resilient Body Method was born from a desire to combine scientifically supported movement principles with a simple belief:

Every person deserves a body that feels strong, capable, and free.

This co-ed movement practice is designed to help people build strength, improve mobility, and support long-term joint health and resilience.

This method applies scientifically supported principles to the acquisition and maintenance of:
