I’m Emmanuel, founder of Green Yams. I grow fresh gourmet mushrooms here in Colorado and have been selling them at Front Range farmers' markets for the past four seasons.

I’d love to explore supplying your CSA with fresh mushrooms as an add-on for members. I offer year-round variety, flexible weekly or bi-weekly delivery, and simple logistics.

A typical starting point is 20 units at $8 each, though I’m open to smaller trial runs.
