Are your children playing sports this upcoming school year? If so they will need a sports form filled out by one of our providers! Lucky for everyone sports vitals are included with your well-check, just let our lovely front desk ladies know at check-in or when scheduling an appointment. So let’s bring in this school year with a touchdown or a goal by having your sports form filled out prior to the year!⚾️🏈🏀⚽️

Going to be late to your appointment? Needing to change your appointment? Call us! ☎️We are always here to help change appointments or put you at a later time if running behind! By giving us a call when running late or not being able to make it to your appointment we are able to use that time wisely and potentially with another patient in order to keep the flow going! Also by showing up at least 15 minutes before your appointment time allows ample time to fill out paperwork when needed! Now, how funny is this skit? Could you imagine if the doctor didn’t show?!🤣
