Hometown Health Care of NEPA is expanding this fall, and we are looking for dedicated, patient-focused professionals to grow with us!

As a small, private primary care practice, we pride ourselves on providing highly personalized, compassionate care to our community. We are thrilled to officially announce a significant expansion of our office, scheduled to open in 𝗙𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲!

You've helped us grow, and now we're growing for you. This expansion means we can offer even better access, more comfortable surroundings, and additional services - all while keeping the personalized, primary care you love.

We're not going far - we will still be located right here in the heart of our shopping plaza, just with much more room to care for our community. Stay tuned as we share updates on the renovation progress and some sneak peeks of the new space.

Five years ago today, on March 31, 2021, our community came together to achieve something truly extraordinary. 🏔️💉

In partnership with Lackawanna County, we successfully vaccinated 3,333 high-risk individuals against COVID-19 during a single, monumental day at The Pavilion at Montage Mountain . To date, this remains one of the largest vaccination clinics in Pennsylvania history!

Looking back, we are still so incredibly grateful for the dedication of our healthcare workers, the tireless efforts of our volunteers, and the resilience of our community. Coordinating an event of this scale took immense planning and teamwork, but seeing the relief and hope on thousands of faces made every single second worth it.

Thank you to everyone who stepped up, stood in line, and played a part in making that historic day a reality. We are always stronger together! ❤️💪

Our team dressed CASUAL today to show our support for Northeast Regional Cancer Institute's annual which raises awareness about the importance of screening and early detection for colon cancer 💛

Did you know that there is now a blood test to screen for colon cancer? The Shield™ blood test is option for average-risk adults 45 years and older. Although colonoscopy remains the gold standard, Shield™ is a convenient alternative for those unwilling or otherwise unable to complete colonoscopy or stool-based testing.

Our buddy Max was born with a rare genetic condition called MPS-1. He will be undergoing a life-saving transplant at CHOP which requires him to be hospitalized for 3-4 months. Please consider donating to help support Max's family during this time 🙏
