Meet Mr. Brown

After losing his arm in a factory accident, Mr. Brown spent a lot of time with our upper extremity specialist learning how to make the most of his prosthesis.

Some of his favorite hobbies include fishing and gardening. He enjoys his TASKA hand because it allows him to pick up and hold smaller objects.

His story is a great reminder that progress takes time, patience and determination. We’re proud to be a small part of his journey.

A few months ago, Mr. Griffin was seen in our Biloxi clinic feeling defeated. After multiple unsuccessful experiences with other prosthetic providers, he had reached one of the lowest points in his journey.

This day was different.

Mr. Griffin and Brittany Bennett, CPO shared a moment full of smiles, gratitude and maybe a few tears as they reflected on just how far he’s come. The smile says it all.
