I almost convinced myself that buying a reformer for home would be the âsmartâ decision because technically, it would save me money.
But then I had to ask myself: Am I paying for Pilates⌠or am I paying for the results, accountability and consistency Iâm getting from Pilates?
Thereâs a difference.
And that applies to so much more than exercise.
Sometimes youâve done what you know to do. Youâve tried doing it yourself. Youâve taken the first step. But youâre still not getting where you want to go.
That doesnât mean you failed.
It may mean itâs time for a different level of support.
And please hear me: Iâm not saying spend money recklessly or that more expensive automatically means better.
Iâm saying stop making your health the one area where you refuse to invest beyond whatâs easiest or most convenient.
If something has been bothering you, follow up. Ask more questions. Get another qualified opinion when appropriate. Find the support that helps you actually follow through.
Whether that ever leads you to Vital Cure Wellness or not, I want you to stop putting your health at the bottom of your investment list.
Because stronger, healthier, more energized and more capable at 50, 60 and beyond?
Thatâs a return on investment I want. đ
