Yes, medication may be prescribed when clinically appropriate and legally permitted.

No, a visit is never a guarantee that a particular medication will be prescribed.

Individual evaluation matters. 💚

This is one of the reasons telehealth can be confusing: where you live and where you’re physically located when care is provided aren’t always the same question.

My current states are MS, TX, TN and FL.

Individual eligibility still has to be determined appropriately.

📍 Mississippi
📍 Texas
📍 Tennessee
📍 Florida

I keep seeing this question, so I’m putting the answer somewhere easy to find. 💚

Availability and eligibility for telehealth care depend on your location and individual circumstances.

Doing more isn’t always the answer.

Persistent fatigue can have many possible contributors, which is exactly why I don’t love the “just take this” approach to wellness.

Pay attention to patterns. Talk with a qualified healthcare professional. And don’t be afraid to follow up when something still doesn’t feel right.

I almost convinced myself that buying a reformer for home would be the “smart” decision because technically, it would save me money.

But then I had to ask myself: Am I paying for Pilates… or am I paying for the results, accountability and consistency I’m getting from Pilates?

There’s a difference.

And that applies to so much more than exercise.

Sometimes you’ve done what you know to do. You’ve tried doing it yourself. You’ve taken the first step. But you’re still not getting where you want to go.

That doesn’t mean you failed.

It may mean it’s time for a different level of support.

And please hear me: I’m not saying spend money recklessly or that more expensive automatically means better.

I’m saying stop making your health the one area where you refuse to invest beyond what’s easiest or most convenient.

If something has been bothering you, follow up. Ask more questions. Get another qualified opinion when appropriate. Find the support that helps you actually follow through.

Whether that ever leads you to Vital Cure Wellness or not, I want you to stop putting your health at the bottom of your investment list.

Because stronger, healthier, more energized and more capable at 50, 60 and beyond?

That’s a return on investment I want. 💚

Eight months gone. Four months left.

You don’t need another January 1st to decide your health deserves your attention.

And starting doesn’t have to mean doing everything.

Make one appointment.
Follow up on one concern.
Take the walk.
Go to bed earlier tonight.
Start the thing you’ve been saying you’ll start.

What’s ONE thing you’re finally doing for yourself before this year ends?

08/30/2026

This isn’t about fear.

It’s about responsibility.

There are things we cannot control about our health. But that doesn’t mean we surrender the things we can influence.

Make the appointment.
Ask the questions.
Keep the follow-up.
Take the medication or supplement as prescribed.
Move your body.
Protect your sleep.
Change what needs changing.

You don’t need to do everything today.

But you do need to stop waiting for the “perfect time” to start taking yourself seriously.

If today is your day, comment RESET. 💚

We make appointments for everybody else.

Remember everybody else’s schedules.

Take care of everybody else’s needs.

And then tell ourselves we’ll get to us “when things slow down.”

When exactly is that? 😂

Taking care of yourself doesn’t compete with taking care of the people you love.

It helps you continue showing up for them—and for yourself.

Your body gives you data all day long.

Energy.
Sleep.
Hunger.
Recovery.
Focus.
Mood.

Start noticing patterns instead of automatically pushing through them.

And if a persistent change is concerning you or affecting your daily life, bring that information to your healthcare provider.

Your body doesn’t need you to obsess over every little change.

It does need you to pay attention. 💚

Being tired has become so common that many people think it’s normal.

It isn’t something you should simply ignore.
