As I celebrate another year of life, my heart is filled with a gratitude that words can’t express.

I’m grateful for this beautiful life, for my children, my life partner and best friend, my family, my friends, a career I genuinely love, and the incredible patients who have trusted me along the way.

As I reflect during this unforgettable trip, I’m reminded of the lessons I’ve learned and continue to carry forward.

• Happiness is a choice.
• Take nothing personally.
• Pray for those who have wronged you.
• Kindness always wins.
• Work hard, but never let work consume your life.
• You’re never too busy to check on the people you love or the ones God places on your heart.
• Just as there is darkness in this world, there is also beauty and miracles happening every single day. Choose to see the good.
• Never ignore your intuition.
•Don’t force what’s not meant for you. Let go of what no longer serves you, and pray for the wisdom, preparedness, and guidance to embrace the new path.
• Take care of your body, your health is one of your greatest blessings.
• Stay humble, no matter how far you go.
• Protect your peace. Choose alignment over chaos.
• Failure and adversity are not setbacks, they’re lessons that shape success.
• Comparison steals both your joy and your creativity.
• Always do the right thing. Blessings have a way of finding those who do.

As I step into another year, my prayer isn’t for more, it is to continue becoming the woman God created me to be, to love people well, and to never lose sight of what truly matters.
