Good Afternoon my fellow Goal Seekers ❤️
I created this group to hopefully share and inspire others, in my Widow Tribe, to truly commit to losing weight, some of you in this group may not be looking to loose weight, but for the vast majority, that’s why you are here. This group is not exclusive to one program or plan and I have openly welcomed each of you that is finding success to share.

With that said, I have to toot some horns here today! This collage, these folks, RIGHT HERE! These are all members of our tribe, all people who worked past the grief, past the fear, past the excuses and decided to Really Change their Lives! These people right here, not only have had real, inspiring success on their weight loss journey, but have joined me in sharing this with others!
