I once sat with someone who whispered, “I want to quit.” I heard their honest prayers—the anger, the doubt, the tired faith. I listened without fixing. Together, led by the Holy Spirit, we turned questions into steady worship and reclaimed a renewed call to serve Jesus. With my seminary training and coaching tools, I helped them build practical daily rhythms: short morning prayers, a simple scripture anchor, and a 5-minute evening reflection. If you’re holding honest questions or feel ready to step back into service, I’d love to walk with you. Visit https://wix.to/zJOkQCp to learn more.

I remember how sudden waves of grief can feel like they're pulling the floor out from under you. Try these three small supports to find a moment of rest:

1) Grounding breath pattern: Breathe in for 4, hold 2, breathe out for 6. Repeat three times. Slower exhale quiets the nervous system and interrupts panic.

2) Name the feeling aloud: Say “This is grief” or “I’m feeling overwhelmed.” Naming softens the emotion’s power and creates a tiny gap between you and the storm.

3) Mini-grief journal prompt: Write one sentence—“Right now, I need…”—and one small action you can take. Putting words on paper turns chaos into a next step.

These are not fixes. They are pockets of rest. I share them from training, certification, and my own lived journey. If you want gentle guidance, I’m here to sit with you. Visit https://wix.to/N5bsDzT to learn more.

I remember feeling swallowed by the rush of memories and not knowing where to put them. Try a simple memory-mapping exercise to make a steadier moment: on a piece of paper, draw a circle for the person you lost. Around it, write 6–8 memories—small details, smells, songs, times you laughed. Give each memory one short sentence about why it matters. Sit with the list for 5–10 minutes and breathe slowly. Which memory feels the gentlest to hold right now? I use this technique in sessions because it blends clinical tools with what I’ve lived through. It doesn’t take the pain away, but it can bring immediate calm and help you feel a little more grounded. If you want, share one memory below or reach out to learn how to make this practice part of your day. https://wix.to/cJmSLNB

Feeling angry or distant from God doesn’t mean you’ve failed. I’m Dr. Erika — seminary-trained and experienced in walking with believers through hard seasons with pastoral sensitivity. Coaching with me focuses on your spiritual questions, honest emotions, and practical next steps rooted in faith, while counseling offers clinical therapy for mental health diagnoses. In a first coaching session, we’ll listen to your story, name what’s hurting, set a compassionate goal, and create small, faith-based practices you can try between sessions. If you’re unsure which path fits, I’ll help you clarify your needs and choose a safe next step. You don’t have to carry this alone — let’s talk. https://wix.to/5s0GmBm

When faith feels fragile, we can turn to Psalm 34:18 — “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted.” I remember sitting with people who felt abandoned, asking hard questions and wondering where God is. I’ve guided many from doubt back into service and gentle trust. If you’re carrying loss or unanswered prayers today, breathe: you are not alone and God is near. Read a short pastoral reflection and one practical way to hold on at https://wix.to/UwIKSBl 🌿🙏 . Call to action: share this with someone who needs hope.

I once walked with someone who felt spiritually exhausted and unsure of where God was in their pain. Together we rebuilt strength without leaving faith behind. I bring both theological training and lived experience to guide you through gentle, faith-rooted steps. Try two simple practices: a prayer framework that names grief, asks for wisdom, and rests in God’s presence; and boundary-setting grounded in Scripture so you protect your heart and steward your energy. The results? Renewed peace, steadier devotion, and clearer decision-making. If you feel worn thin, you don’t have to carry it alone. I see you in the quiet places where questions live. When God feels distant, your pain is not proof of failure but the doorway to deeper intimacy. I’ve walked this road for 27 years of faith and through seminary training I learned the Holy Spirit meets us in our honest ache. This week, try a simple Scripture practice: pause for five minutes each morning to read Psalm 13 aloud, then speak one honest sentence to God about how you feel. Notice any small shift. You are not alone—I’m with you in this season. Visit https://wix.to/sAF1YPD to learn more and reach out.
