I have some amazing classes coming up. Join me on May 30th for a free sound bowl session at the Douglasville yoga fest on May 30th. It’s starts at 9 AM and goes to 12 PM. There will be many instructors teaching that day, so bring your mat and get ready to move. The next is also on May 30th at 7pm for a twilight class with the Alpacas, including mimosas or juice. Last is Alpaca Yoga with mimosas at 11 AM on June 6th. I look forward to enjoying these classes with you. See you soon!

This all-levels, beginner-friendly class blends gentle movement, mindful breathing, and lots of joy—plus a few curious alpacas wandering nearby to keep things light and playful. Expect fresh air, laughter, and heart-warming moments you won’t forget.
