Before K1’s junior year started at ASU he told me he was going to the league once the season was over. He ended up leading the entire FBS by playing 458 coverage snaps without allowing a single touchdown that season. Then he was drafted to the Detroit Lions.

Also, he did not miss a single game of his college career. Which I’m not surprised because he bought into all the work and exercises in his plan.

Thankful for all the work over the years. I can’t wait to see what you do in the league. Forever proud of you…the work continues K1 🤞🏽

Cee has handled this year better than I could ever express. Staying positive throughout this process is hard, but she showed up every day ready to work. I watched her handle unimaginable losses this past year, and she still came out on the other side.

She was patient and trusted her process. It’s hard to stay patient when you’d give anything to be back on the court. Instead of feeling sorry for herself, she sat on the bench and supported her teammates. She found ways to lead them without being on the court.

The basketball player is only a small part of who she is. That part will always matter to me more than what she can do on the court.

Now she’s getting ready to enter her senior season, with her next chapter already waiting for her at Baylor.

Proud of you, Cee. The story continues🤞🏽
