I’ve been a little quiet over here on social but that doesn’t mean I’m not working hard behind the scenes! 😉
After a much needed vacation (that I didn’t realize until I was away just how much I needed it!) it feels great to be back and locked in, ready to work on my strongest, healthiest self! 💪🏻 AND fresh & ready to help all of my clients reach their health goals!
I’ve spent the last 15 years teaching live & online fitness classes and that was my “workout” on most days. This past April I decided to focus solely on personal training / small group / athletes training (as well as nutrition coaching) AND really hone in on my own training. There really is something to that mind body connection, and pushing yourself beyond normal limits! 🤍
I recently created a full body program and I’m 2 wks into it … and loving it! It’s a progressive overload strength (+ conditioning & core) program that is already making me stronger & changing my body composition!
🚫 No HIIT, no jumping, modifications can be made!

~ 8 wk progressive overload program
4 workouts a wk:
1. Lower Body / glutes & hamstrings
2. Upper Body Push Pull Day
3. Full Body w Core Focus
4. Back, Biceps, Shoulders + Lower Body & Core
These can be 30,45 or 60 min sessions - you decide how many sets you do depending on your time!
+ Cardio recommendations for ea wk (can be as simple as walking!) & more
+ weekly text / email check in w me (we are in this together!! 🫶🏻)
* Nutrition coaching - macro / calories plan can be added for the entire package !
