I’m not going to lie… I was shocked and disappointed

Jets is an occasional splurge in our house and with my advocacy and communication, so far I’ve been safe.

This night I did my same approach, but with a different location. As you saw, it wasn’t the outcome I wanted… but I’m SO thankful. I could have been dealing with symptoms for weeks.

I cannot tell you how many people I’ve worked with that thought feeling like sh*t everyday was NORMAL.

They don’t even know they get to the point where they fake feeling okay to others. They’re just moving forward every day and fighting for their health.

People are NOT eating vs trying to navigate how to find safe food. BECAUSE IT’S NOT EASY. This was talked about at the 2026 Digestive Disease Week. This shows a huge gap of help for our community nutritionally, and with mental health services.
�Yet there are people out here making disgusting podcasts about an autoimmune disease they clearly have no actual knowledge of.

This community doesn’t play. I’m not sure why there’s constant disrespect.
