Create a secure digital folder (like Google Drive or Dropbox) containing updated PDFs of everything a facility might ask for:
➡️State licenses and DEA registrations
➡️Board certifications and diplomas
➡️Immunization records and recent TB test results
➡️Life support certifications (ACLS, BLS, PALS)
➡️A master log of your case volume/procedure logs from the past 24 months
